This mini square pan shaped mould is ideal for a variety of HARD & SEMI-HARD cheeses. This mould has holes drilled in the base & sides to allow the whey to escape. Line with cheese cloth. It has plastic feet lifting it off the surface to help with air circulation which aids the drainage of whey.
