its an eletric grater , i used for bread crumb too . its domestic/ household Use ONLY not suitable for massive quantity in hospitality business the machine is 4.8kg; works on 0.120KW; 50 Hz; 230 Volts and its household USE ONLY i can change the plug, to UK on request ..Thanks
