Smoked brie approx 950g of luxury cheese from Great British Trading

French brie smoked here on the farm in Inglewhite. Approx 900g (+/-5%). Very slowly cold smoked over oak wood to allow the smokey flavour to penetrate the cheese. Excellent in salads, as a sauce for cauliflower cheese or even in a fondue!
