Hi these are hand made boards not mass produced This board is ash beach mahogany and oak 158mm to 140mm 230mm long + handle and is 15mm thick Double sided horizontal and vertical stripes all made by me they are food safe and have been soaked in mineral oil and had a bees wax finish please only wipe clean with a wet cloth they are not dishwasher friendly every 4 months give it a oil and it will come up like new please see my other items Thanks for looking
