100% whole grain. 16% fiber. All natural. We still bake our crispbread following the original family recipe used when the bakery was first founded in the 1920's. Nothing more, nothing less. Our crispbread is made from 100% whole grain rye flour, using the rye grain and the husk in the baking process.
