New paperback 200 Easy Homemade Cheese recipes by Debra Amrein-Boyes 2008. A very comprehensive cheesemaking books that covers from starters and rennet, equipment needed, techniques and 200 recipes. I have my own copy, this is spare an unused and used this book for inspiration to make cheese in a commercial environment though this is aimed for home cheese makers. Please note that the recipes are in American measurements eg quarts, teaspoons etc but they are easy enough to convert into metric. A very comprehensive range of recipes and different techniques, an excellent book.
