Geotrichum Candidum (Geo 17) Cheese Culture for use in cheesemaking

Use Geotrichum in conjunction with Penicillium Candidum: to reduce the cheese rind, increase the dosage of Geotrichum whilst decreasing the Penicillium Candidum. Also works in a similar way with Bacterium Linens (which produces a red mould).
